How a session runs

01 Thirty minutes per employee, fully clothed, on a folding table or an ergonomic chair.
02 Eight to ten employees per half-day, booked by the employees themselves on a shared schedule.
03 A short conversation about the workstation: screen, seating, repeated movements, and advice that applies from the next morning.
04 An anonymised report for the employer: risk postures observed and collective recommendations. No individual data is ever shared.

What you provide

One closed, quiet room of roughly 9 m².
Nothing else: table, linen and equipment come with me. Set-up takes fifteen minutes.
A rhythm of your choosing: one-off, monthly or quarterly.
Service agreement, insurance certificate and invoicing in the company's name.
