Data collected

The only form on this website is the company enquiry form. It collects the information you enter: company name, contact name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), site address, headcount, envisaged frequency and a free-text message. This form is for business enquiries only: no health data should ever be entered.

Appointments are booked on Doctolib, a third-party service with its own privacy policy. No appointment or health data passes through this website.

Purpose and legal basis

The form data is used solely to answer your request for a quote or an on-site visit (pre-contractual measures, article 6.1.b of the GDPR), with your explicit consent collected through the form's checkbox. It is never sold on, and never used for marketing purposes.

Recipients and processor

Form delivery is handled by Formspree, Inc. (United States), acting as a processor, which forwards the messages by e-mail to the website publisher. Formspree publishes its own privacy policy. No other recipient has access to the data.

Retention period

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them, then for at most 12 months for commercial follow-up, before deletion.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is sent to any third-party service when you browse its pages.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
